Thundercage is an artist-run no-space located north of Paris in Aubervilliers created in April 2019 by @romain.vicari. In an urban context, the project welcomes two artists at each exhibition, in the form of a duel shows The format is ephemeral and lasts the time of a Sunday. ThunderCage is not just a conventional exhibition space;it has a social role in Aubervilliers, a poor area in Paris. The dialogue created from the « Thundercage » exhibitions and its engagement with the neighborhood keeps the project alive.
@voiture14lelieu is a project space based in Marseille and founded in 2018 by Myriam Mokdes @miniebae. Conceived as an experimental curatorial platform, it bears witness to the plurality of actions formulated by artists and art workers and the multiplicity of supports, mediums and tools they use. Its vocation is to promote and give an account of the emerging practices that nourish the art of meetings and collaborations. The program is interested in deconstructing the socio-cultural and economic schemes where artists and projects configure specific alternatives that we are interested in thinking, formulating, questioning and sharing.
